Cze & Peku

Cze & Peku are a couple who design and illustrate highly detailed digital maps - both static and video, for Dungeons & Dragons players and DMs (Dungeon Masters for the uninitiated!) to use in their campaigns.

They were already doing really well selling their maps via subscription on Patreon, but we were tasked with taking their video ads and adding complexity and messaging changes they couldn’t do themselves with the aim of maintaining and growing the user base.

We set out to create a top line ad that would instantly educate the target audience about what the service was and the benefits of signing up in order for followup retargeting posts to then dive deeper into the various features and benefits of the subscription. They needed these in two channel formats for Meta and YouTube to allow for testing.

Using sound design, thematic transitions and exciting music and pacing we created an intro ad that captures the spirit of adventure their audience is always looking for.
